Delivered fully welded and assembled with shelves positioned to suit your exact requirements, the welded industrial shelving units we manufacture will remain rigid and strong even when loaded to the maximum recommended.

With options for adding roller tracking or mini rollers for flow storage and first in first out (FIFO) types of storage, our shelving is ideal to be used alongside assembly and packing workstations for a complete workspace solution.

All shelving & racking systems are supplied fully welded and assembled ready for immediate use. As with all our product ranges, they are supplied with a durable powder-coat paint finish or stainless steel for food applications.

Shelving Units

Typically our shelving units are manufactured from the same robust materials found in our packing table range including mild steel box section, 18mm thick MDF shelves. These can be further modified with custom dimensions to suit, upright product dividers can be fitted, different worktops to replace the MDF if needed such as vinyl/laminate or PVC covering.

Carton storage racking Systems

Our Racking systems, otherwise known as flow rack systems or carton flow storage, can be manufactured from scratch or to integrate with existing pallet racking installations.

Typically they consist of shelves or racks which utilize gravity roller sections which when angled help ensure your products are always pushed to the front to allow easy access.

Once the front item is removed gravity pushes the rest of the line to the front improving efficiency and throughput with less worker downtime.

From single shelf units that can be used to complement our extensive packing table range through to full pallet racking systems which can be integrated with gravity sections to increase efficiency and throughput.

These fully bespoke systems are tailored to your exact needs, meaning we can work to any height, length, or width required. You can also choose the number of shelves required or the distance between them to ensure optimal use of storage, and whether they need to be angled to allow easy access and visibility. The frame colour or shelf surface is also fully customisable.

We can either work off customer drawings or our sales team will work closely with you to learn about your products and working environment to ensure you get the correct solution.
