Ball Transfer Tables, also known as Roller Ball Tables are used to transport, turn, and position objects as required.

The free moving balls allow for movement of even the heaviest of loads with minimal effort.

We manufacture a wide range of standard and bespoke ball transfer tables. These can include support stands of a welded H section to set the transfer table to a height of 850mm unless otherwise requested.

We can also supply ball tables without support stands, or with castors or feet.

Each Ball Table is manufactured on-site in our UK-based factory, where we can offer fully bespoke design & manufacture with drawings & renders provided prior to production. You can choose ball materials and colour finishes to suit your needs.

We also offer standard size and pitch ball tables to buy online.

For further customization please contact our sales team as we can manufacture to meet your exact requirements.

How are Ball Tables made?

To construct these ball transfer tables we use a 4mm thick mild steel plate, together with a steel-coated frame that gives a durable finish. We use 22mm diameter mild steel zinc plated ball units that have a high load rating, these can be configured in a pitch to suit you in either a square or diamond formation.

Additional welded H section support stands can be added for an additional cost, these will set the transfer table to a height of 850mm unless otherwise requested.

By the same token, we can supply the ball tables without support stands if required, and likewise also add castors for increased mobility.

We also manufacture fully bespoke and standalone units for inline production assembly cells, which combine roller conveyors and ball transfer tables

We manufacture to suit your individual requirements, from square tables to pneumatically controlled braked assembly ball transfer tables.
